Find me somewhere in the messy space between ideas, decisions and delivery.

I’m Niclas Juhl. I work in the space between product management, business analysis and enterprise architecture.

In practice, that means I help teams make sense of digital initiatives before they move too far into delivery. I help clarify the problem, align stakeholders, structure the work and make trade-offs visible.

My background is in interaction design, business analysis, product work and enterprise architecture. I have worked with business-critical platforms, product discovery, CRM/ERP rollout, adoption, decision support and practice building in a global organisation.

I am usually most useful when things are still unclear. When an idea needs shaping, requirements are messy, stakeholders see things differently, or the technical consequences need to be understood before a decision is made.

My way of working is practical and collaborative. I use simple artefacts, visual thinking and clear conversations to create shared understanding. I do not believe every situation needs a big framework. But my work is always grounded in user-centred thinking: understanding the people, needs and context behind the problem before moving too quickly toward a solution.

Often, the useful work is creating enough clarity for people to make a better next decision.

I’m based in Kolding or Kollywood if you ask the right people. Outside work, I build custom mechanical keyboards and spend quite a bit of time on a bike. Both probably say something about me: I like things that are practical, tactile and thoughtfully put together.
